Marc Hubbard Appointed to AIPLA Board of Directors

Marc Hubbard has been nominated top the Board of Directors of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) for a three year term beginning in October of 2022.

Founded in 1897, the AIPLA is a national bar association representing the interests of approximately 8,500 IP professionals who are engaged in private and corporate law practice, government service, and academia and represent a diverse spectrum of individuals, companies, and institutions. In addition to providing educational and other services to its members, AIPLA advocates legislatures, courts, and internationally institutions for fair and effective laws and policies that stimulate and reward innovation but that also balance the public’s interest in healthy competition, reasonable costs, and basic fairness.
